Ordering Terms and Conditions
Credit card orders are billed by our parent company, Pacific Supply Group.
NO SHIPPING CHARGES OF ANY KIND ARE EVER REFUNDED.
Shipping is a service provided by OliverParts.com for its customers.
As such, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or return shipment fees.
Orders can be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Airborne Express.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Orders to Canada and overseas are considered final,
and purchaser is responsible for customs and duty upon receipt.
For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) shipments, payment must be made with Cashiers Check or Money Order only,
and shipper's COD charges will be applied.
No COD shipments will be made to locations outside the Continental US.
We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer and we may do so without prior notice. If someone orders 10,000 (or even 100) different products at once, we may have to limit that quantity to something more reasonable based on our current stock in-hand or stock available from our vendors. And sometimes, we may require you to verify your information prior to accepting your order or shipping any products to you.
We try to confirm all orders by email. However, that email order confirmation is just a confirmation that you placed your order. It does not count as our acceptance of that order. Nor does it confirm our offer to sell a product or service. That email confirmation simply is our way of saying Thanks for your order. Weve received it and well get back to you if there are any problems with fulfilling your order later.
Orders that are canceled after the transaction has settled (2pm Pacific the following day) are subject to a 3% administrative fee or the switching fees we paid to process the transaction.
DAMAGED & MISSING PACKAGES:
Report damaged packages immediately to shipping company, if possible in the presence of the driver.
After reporting damage to the appropriate company, call OliverParts at 888-288-0550.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days.
If you suspect that your package may have been lost in transit,
please call OliverParts to receive a tracking number.
WRONG ADDRESS PACKAGES:
If a package is returned because of a wrong address and the mistake was made by OliverParts,
we will pay the reshipping charges. If the customer made the mistake,
the customer will pay the reshipping costs.
Only after payment has been arranged will the package be reshipped.
When your shipment arrives, please carefully check the contents of the package against the enclosed invoice.
If there is a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements
for the filling or exchange of incorrect items. Please have a copy of the invoice ready when calling.
Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
We can accept order cancellations ONLY up to the time when your package ships from our Portland, Oregon,
location - generally less than one business day. Order cancellations requested after that time are
subject to our return and refund policies.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
You can return any new, unused item to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for ALL shipping charges; no refunds are available for any shipping charges,
whether for original shipping of the item to you, or for return shipping of the item to us.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. For items returned after 30 days,
there will be no refund, only exchange. We do not offer returns on special order items,
electrical or fuel parts. We will not accept returns on any parts that have been modified by the customer.
CORE CHARGE REFUNDS:
Core charges will only be refunded after we have had the cores rebuilt and verified that they are usable.
- Return the part in the original box, when possible, with a copy of the invoice.
Please ship via UPS or FedEx.
If there is a problem with the shipment, or if it is lost, it can be tracked.

DECLINED CREDIT CARDS:
If a customer credit card is declined and the parts have already been pulled or packed,
there will be a 20% restocking fee charged. The order will then be shipped when the card is valid
WARRANTY ON NEW & REBUILT ITEMS:
Warranties for new or rebuilt products are supplied by the manufacturer or rebuilder of the item.
OliverParts Inc. is not liable for warranty on new or rebuilt items either express or implied,
including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor
authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this product(s).
If a new item purchased from OliverParts is faulty, please contact us for further warranty information.
All warranty claims should be made to the manufacturer of the product.
WARRANTY ON USED ITEMS:
Used merchandise will have a 30-day warranty on usefulness of the product.
If the product is faulty within 30 days of receipt, please call OliverParts.
This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage through incorrect installation,
application, or accident. Improper installation will void this warranty.
Pacific Supply Group will replace or repair the defective item at its discretion.
If it is discovered that the item is not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part.
Buyer is not entitled to recover from OliverParts Inc. any consequential damages,
damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of profit, or income, or any other incidental damages.
